If they're going to get a car, let's make it a Lamborghini

I mean, my first car was a 1992 VW Polo - this seems wildly unfair. 

The Lamborghini Auténtica is for small people whose expectations have clearly got out of hand. It’s officially licensed, properly detailed and comes with twin motors, working pedals, sprung suspension and its own steering wheel. They get their first taste of supercar ownership. You get the parental remote for when they inevitably start driving like they own the place.

Ridiculously good present? Yes. Sensible precedent to set? Probably not.
